Delete your account

• Open Etases and sign in with your phone number.
• Go to Settings, then Profile.
• Tap “Close my account” at the bottom of the Account section.
• Write a short reason, type the confirmation word, then enter the code we send to your phone.
• Your account is closed right away and you are signed out on every device.

If you own a workspace that has team members, hand it over to another member first; the app tells you when this is needed.

If you cannot open the app, write to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account” and the phone number of the account. To protect you, we confirm the request with that phone number before we delete anything. We complete the request within 30 days.

• Right away: your name, phone number, profile photo, sign-in sessions, devices registered for fingerprint or face sign-in, and notification tokens.
• Your links to students and children end, so a new owner of your phone number never sees them.
• If you own a workspace with no team, it closes with your account, and its stored files are deleted within 30 days.
• Anything else linked to your account is deleted or anonymised within 90 days.

• Invoices and payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They no longer show your name or phone number.
• Records that a teacher, center or academy keeps about the classes it gave (such as attendance, grades and fees) belong to that teaching business. To remove them, ask the business, or write to us and we will pass on your request.

A parent or guardian can ask for a child’s data to be deleted. Ask the teacher, center or academy that manages the child’s records, or write to [email protected] and we will act promptly.
