Subscription per active student

Your plan covers the platform: center tools, parents, homework, exams and your page. A student counts once a month when they have real activity - they attended, paid, did homework or an exam, or opened a lesson.

Recorded courses: a percentage of each sale

When a student buys your recorded course through Etases, we keep a small percentage of that sale - lower on bigger plans - and pay you the rest. Free courses carry no fee.

Live classes: priced by live hours

The built-in live classroom is priced by the hours you teach live. Pro and bigger plans include live hours every month, and extra hours come in packs. Starter doesn't include live classes.

Can new students find me through Etases?

Yes. Your page and courses appear to students searching by subject, grade, area and class type (offline, online, live), and they can book a seat or buy a course right away.

What exactly does the AI do?

The Etases assistant is optional, depending on your plan. It's an assistant you chat with in your own words: ask about any student, who hasn't paid, or your next sessions, and ask it to do tasks like creating a group, adding a student or sending an announcement. Anything that changes your data or sends a message is shown to you first to confirm.

Do I need to be good with technology?

Not at all. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Etases. We set up your account with you and train you and your assistant ourselves. Your students then sign up with one link.

Will students and parents actually use it?

Yes, because there is nothing to download from an app store. It opens from a link on any phone, and parents get an alert when their child arrives or is absent without doing anything.

What if the internet is weak at my center?

Attendance still works on a weak connection and syncs as soon as it’s back. No session stops because of the internet.

Is my students’ data safe? Who can see it?

Each teacher sees only their own students, and each parent sees only their own child. Your data is yours and you can export it at any time.

Do you take a percentage of my students’ fees?

No. Fees you collect offline are 100% yours. We only take a small share when you sell a recorded course online through Etases.

How much does it cost?

Plans depend on who you are (teacher, academy, school or organization) and your number of active students. Recorded courses carry a percentage per sale and live classes are priced by live hours. Leave your details or message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you the right price.

Can my assistant use it without seeing everything?

Yes. You decide what each assistant can do - for example only scan attendance at the door, or record fees without seeing your earnings.

Can I sell my recorded courses?

Yes. Upload the course, set a price, and students buy and pay online. You track your earnings and withdraw them.
